Rates

The rates under these private chauffeur Chamonix terms and conditions include all taxes. The service covers the driver, the fuel and the insurance of the passengers carried, bodily injury being covered without any financial limit. Tolls and parking fees are included.

VAT applied: 10% on transfers — 20% on cars at your disposal.

Luggage and ski equipment

Under these private chauffeur Chamonix terms and conditions, we accept, per person, one hold bag and one carry-on bag, as well as ski or snowboard equipment (ski or board bag and boot bag), within the capacity of the vehicle booked.

Please tell us when booking about any bulky or oversized equipment (sports equipment, musical instrument, stroller, professional equipment) so that we can assign the right vehicle. Luggage remains under the passenger's care during the journey; it is covered by our insurance up to 1,000 € per claim, with a 100 € deductible.

Payment

Payment methods accepted under these private chauffeur Chamonix terms and conditions: bank cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), bank transfer.
Every first order is payable in full at the time of booking. This payment confirms the order.
Wedding service: payable in full on signature of the contract.
Account clients: the service is invoiced and payable after it has been carried out.
Any claim must be sent within 8 days after the service. This period is intended to allow rapid handling and does not deprive consumer clients of the rights they hold under the law.

Late payment and penalties

Business clients: after a period of 30 days beyond the payment deadline, a late payment penalty of 10% of the amount due is charged per month of delay, on top of the 40 € flat-rate collection fee provided for by law. Collection is entrusted to the law firm DORMANE.

Consumer clients: outstanding amounts bear interest at the legal rate in force from the date of formal notice.

Car at your disposal / transfer

Under these private chauffeur Chamonix terms and conditions, the service starts at the pick-up address ordered and ends at the arrival address.
Car at your disposal: unlimited mileage.
Transfer: every additional kilometer is charged at 3.50 € / km.
The right to use images of the vehicle is granted to you for personal purposes.
Eating and smoking on board are not allowed; your driver will make a stop on request.
The vehicle is provided with its driver, the fuel, the insurance and a First Class service on board.

Bookings and cancellation

Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these private chauffeur Chamonix terms and conditions. For every first order, payment in full at the time of booking confirms the order; there is neither a deposit nor a balance.

Cancellation: more than 7 days before the service = full refund. Within the 7 days before the service = sums retained (flat-rate compensation). Force majeure = suspension or cancellation with no compensation on either side.

Right of withdrawal

Under these private chauffeur Chamonix terms and conditions, our services are passenger transport services carried out on a date or during a period agreed with the client. As such, they are not subject to the fourteen-day withdrawal period applicable to distance selling. The cancellation terms set out above apply.

Liability

Under these private chauffeur Chamonix terms and conditions, our professional liability is insured with MMA (contract PRO-PME no. 129831621). Bodily injury resulting from the use or the movement of the vehicle is covered without any financial limit; the other guarantees apply within the limits and ceilings of the contract. The client is responsible for his own actions, in civil and criminal law. We are responsible for his safety during the journey.
